A simple but effective board game to practise the concepts of e-safety with KS2 pupils. The game contains a number of scenarios, true or false/ general internet safety knowledge questions. 3 A4 pages included in .pdf (not editable format) Game board page - I would recommend printing on A3 with no quality lost E-safety bookmarks page - based on the 5 SMART rules (bonus page) E-safety blank bookmarks page - for the pupils to come up with their own rules and tips (bonus page) The Online Safety board game can be used at the beginning of the unit on e-safety and then again, at the end - to assess pupils' learning. Encourage your pupils to give full answers/ have a debate with their partner if necessary. The questions test the children's knowledge of cyber bullying, dealing with online strangers and email attachments, as well as questions on how reliable online information can be, and more. The PowerPoint included information on the Advent season; advent calendars; christingles; advent wreaths and candles; There are 3 activities included in the lesson: 1. Sequencing the story of Jesus' birth. 2. Exploring the events the local churches hold during Advent. 3. Watching a video about Papa Panov. There is an independent worksheet that asks the children to circle the symbols of Advent and write a paragraph describing their feelings (anticipation) during the season. Suitable for KS2
